TASTE – AT HOME!

Each year on the Sunday of the festival we host  Féile Bia na Mara which celebrates our local seafood and produce. One of the highlights each year are the seafood demonstrations by a lineup of the best national and international chefs based in Galway who introduce us to many different ways of cooking seafood and in particular the delicious oyster!
